Ordering
- Only serious buyers will be entertained.
- All prices displayed are in Malaysian Ringgit and exclude shipping costs.
- Colours of the items may vary slightly due to monitor settings and photography.
- Orders are taken on a first come, first served basis. Certain items may be remade provided supplies are available
- Upon receiving confirmation of your order, payment is to be made within 3 working days otherwise your reservation will be cancelled and will be deemed available.
- If you feel you are not able to make payment within 3 working days, please inform me before the 3 working days is due.
- Once payment is done, please email me proof of the payment (i.e. Maybank/Paypal reference number/screenshot) so that I can verify the transaction.
- All orders will be shipped within 1-7 working days upon confirmation of your payment as it depends on the customization or adjustments that needs to be done and quantity of your order.
- All items will be packed in a bubble wrap and sent in an envelope.
- I will be sending out orders twice a week depending on the number of orders.
- Once your order is shipped out, I will provide you with the tracking number so that you can track the package yourself.
Returns & Exchange
- All items will be checked prior to shipping for quality. Hence goods sold are non returnable, non refundable and non exchangeable
- Trinkets and Treasures will not be liable if your package were to be lost in mail or damaged during shipping.
- Trinkets and Treasures will not be held responsible for any allergic reactions caused to sensitive skin.
